For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved shepherd’s huts  and have always wanted to have one— I love the magic of feeling close to nature, embracing simplicity, yet still enjoying the comforts of modern luxury.  Hot showers, cosy interiors, and thoughtful touches were all part of that vision.  I wanted to create a special place for our guests to stay and explore the magic of the New Forest.
 
The journey really began with our alpacas a few years ago and living in such a beautiful place, I wanted to create a space to share so others could benefit from the lovely energy this place has.   The idea grew from creating unique Alpaca experiences for our guests to enjoy, to now a beautiful shepherd's hut and retreat place where guests can stay and explore the beautiful New Forest.  Our horses and Herdwick sheep are all part of the family too along with our sweet quiet dogs.

My partner Dave was very much part of my dreams from the beginning and supported me in many ways as my ideas grew.  Sadly he passed away in May 2025 but he will always be with me guiding me and supporting me as he always did.
 
I am passionate about welcoming new people to share in the magic of this place. It’s a joy to introduce our brand new shepherd’s hut, set amidst our alpaca, horse, and sheep fields — a serene retreat where nature, comfort, and tranquility meet.
